Personal Emergency Response System
The Emergency Caller, Personal Emergency Response System, transmits your personalized pre-recorded emergency message, of up to 20 seconds in length, to any combination of up to four telephone numbers, cellular phones, and/or pagers. While the message is being received the called party has the option to communicate through the built in speaker of the Emergency Caller to listen-in or speak directly with the caller.
The Cordless "Pull for Help" Transmitter can be worn around the neck or placed in a pocket. Designed to be easily activated even by people who have difficulty grasping small objects. To start dialing, pull down. To stop dialing, push closed. Water resistant and can be worn 24 hours a day. Designed with easily grasped activation switch that reduces false alarms. Uses dependable long-lasting lithium batteries that will not corrode or need frequent replacement. "Easy Programming" Display LCD panel is used to display programming, test, and status information. EEPROM Memory Voice message and phone numbers remain stored even after power failure. Telephone Hookup Two jacks are provided for direct connection to a telephone line and a standard telephone. "Listen In" Capability Called party may "listen in" to and have "2-way communication" with the caller. Battery Backup Battery backup will keep unit fully operational up to 4 hours during power outages. Remote Turn Off Capability of turning off the Emergency Caller from a remote location.
